About Dr. David Treadway

Dr. David Treadway is a marriage and family therapist who has been leading workshops throughout the country for the past 25 years.

He is the author of Home Before Dark: A Family's First Year With Cancer (to be published in 2009 by Union Sq. Press), Before It’s Too Late: Working With Substance Abuse in the Family, Dead Reckoning: A Therapist Confronts His Own Grief and Intimacy, Change and Other Therapeutic Mysteries: Stories of Clinicians and Clients (August 2004). In addition he is a frequent contributor to national publications including The Family Therapy Networker.

Dr. Treadway has appeared on local and national TV including Good Morning America and 20-20 and has hosted a radio program on family communications for WGBH.

Dr. Treadway has a private practice in Weston, Massachusetts.
